"Sidecar Suzy at the Hansen Dam All British Ride" 2015 A few weeks ago I was at the 36th annual Hansen Dam All British Ride in lovely Sylmar, California. Dubbed "the best ride by a dam site", this motorcycle rally is sponsored by the Southern California Norton Owners Club and is their biggest fundraiser of the year. T he Hansen Dam All British Ride draws a large crowed every year and is one of the largest in Southern California. This year I thought I would capture a few portraits of the riders and their amazing machines. I was immediately drawn to Sidecar Suzy and her rigid frame Triumph Thunderbird . Between her sidecar and her mechanic, Suzy embodies everything I love about motorcycle enthusiasts: a free spirit, fierce individuality and fearlessness.
